AIM, MSN, ICQ, Trillian, Yahoo ...... - Now, THAT were the times. Then I still understood what it was. Nowadays I feel SO lost. It's all greek to me.
Then again I am older now. Less flexible. And the only way of communicating in a chatty way comes down to: Blog, SMS, Mail and the occasional phone call.

A new toy. I orderered it before I knew about all the trouble that I was going to be in "later". It's totally stupid to spend so much money on this, when I really should be saving every cent I can. But it's going to light up my life a bit. So what the *** I'll just take it. I need the distraction and the pleasure it's going to give me - as long as it lasts.

Why is everyone so hyped about G-mail? I don't get it. I have free email accounts with some providers like Yahoo, and I just can't see what's so different with G-mail. Actually Yahoo has nice features that help you stay spam-clean. Especially the disposable address feature. That's neat.
To be honest I have to admit that even though I have about 4 mailaddresses with 4 different webmail providers I am almost spam-free. And I have had some of these addresses for over 4 years now, and I don't receive more than 4-8 spam mails a day in general. All of the spam guards these providers use seem to work really well.
I used to be an AOL customer, and boy, did I have spam there! It actually got me to cancel service. I have my email addresses published on the net, in blogs, on homepages etc and still I don't really have a problem.
So why would I need a G-mail account, what makes it different from others. I really want to know, I am curious. I don't know much about G-mail.

I love flash. although I would probably never do my own homepage in flash I still love playing with it. But since flash is wee bit too expensive for me I bought the much cheaper and also a bit easier to use "swish" . Today I stumbled over a nice site for loops especially for flash, called FlashKit Loops Not bad!
